Overview

Henny Penny Computron 8000 commercial pressure fryer in stainless steel construction. The unit is fitted with a Computron 8000 digital control panel with programmable product buttons, pressure lid with manual locking mechanism, pressure gauge and relief valves. The unit is mounted on castors.

A stainless steel fry basket and a stainless steel basket tray are included alongside the unit on the pallet.

Condition

The stainless steel body shows general commercial use wear including scratches and scuffing across the front panel surround and sides. There is grease and oil residue visible on the rear of the unit and around the base. The pressure lid assembly shows discolouration and wear consistent with use. The rear of the unit shows accumulated grease and grime buildup around the hose connections and lower rear panel. Paint splatter marks are visible on the stainless steel body.

The control panel face shows wear with some label text partially worn. The fry basket shows oil residue. The castors show grease buildup.
