Overview

Unox Bakertop Mind.Maps commercial combi oven, model XEBL-16EU-E1LS.0. This is a full-size, floor-standing electric combi oven on four castors with a single glass door and a touchscreen control panel on the upper right of the front fascia. The data plate reads 29.3 kW, 380-415 V, 3N, 220-240 V, 3, 50/60 Hz, 150/600 kPa, 21-87 psi, IPX5. Gross weight 268 kg, net weight 250 kg. Made in Italy by Unox S.p.A.

The interior has tray slide rails on the right-hand side and four fan assemblies on the rear wall. A high-voltage warning sticker is visible on the left interior wall. The rear of the unit has a ventilation grille at the top, a black power cable and a water supply hose looped at the base.

Condition

The stainless steel exterior shows scuff marks, fingerprints and light staining across the front, sides and rear panels. The rear panel has scratches and marks. The interior chamber floor area shows brown residue and discolouration. The door glass and seal appear intact. The tray slide rails show signs of use with some discolouration. The castors are fitted and intact.
