Unox Commercial Combi Oven XBC905E - Stainless Steel - Multi-Tray

Overview

Unox commercial combi oven in a stainless steel finish. The unit is a full-size upright oven with a single full-length glass door, digital control panel at the top of the fascia, and four internal fan elements visible through the door glass. The interior has tray rack guides on the left side to accept multiple trays. The oven sits on adjustable stainless steel legs and is presented on a timber pallet.

A power cable exits from the upper rear of the unit. Water inlet and outlet fittings are visible on the right-hand side of the rear panel.

Condition

The stainless steel exterior panels show scratches, scuffing and general wear consistent with commercial kitchen use. The rear panel has brown discolouration and staining around the power cable entry point. The door glass has residue and staining on the inner face. The door seal area and interior cavity show grease and baked-on residue throughout. The interior floor has some surface corrosion visible at the drain area.

The data plate on the rear of the unit is heavily scratched and the serial number and model number are not legible. Loose tray rack guides are visible resting inside the cavity.
