Overview

Large stainless steel mixing tank manufactured by Barry Brown & Sons (www.barrybrown.com.au). The tank features a top-mounted SEW geared agitator motor with a SEW MOVITRAC LTE-B+ variable frequency drive (VFD) for speed control. The lid is a domed design with hinged clamp latches and a central agitator shaft penetration. Two tri-clamp sanitary fittings are located underneath the tank, one marked "INLET" with a red cap. The tank stands on stainless steel legs and is fitted with a three-phase industrial plug.

Condition Notes

The tank exterior shows general surface marks and light scratches consistent with use. The stainless steel finish retains its overall appearance with no significant dents or corrosion visible. The lid clamp latches and hinges appear intact. The agitator motor and VFD unit appear to be in presentable condition with the VFD label indicating a 2022 date. The tri-clamp fittings underneath are intact with caps in place. Some minor surface residue and marks are visible on the lid area around the shaft penetration and fittings. The Barry Brown & Sons sticker on the tank side is partially peeling. The unit has not been tested.
