2012 Tandem Axle Box Trailer - Grey

Overview

A 2012 tandem axle box trailer with a checker plate steel tray and low sides. The drawbar carries an Eascom Electrical sticker. The trailer is fitted with a ball coupling, safety chain, jockey wheel, and removable stake pockets along both sides of the tray.

A spare wheel on a steel rim is mounted on the drawbar. The tray floor is checker plate steel. A compliance plate from ?orian Trailers Pty. Ltd. is fitted to the drawbar, though it is heavily corroded and only partially legible.

Condition

The trailer shows extensive surface rust across the entire tray, including the checker plate floor, all four sides and the stake pockets. The drawbar and chassis rails have significant paint peeling and flaking with rust visible beneath. The safety chain is rusted. The tail light surrounds on both sides are corroded, with the passenger side tail light housing appearing bent. The jockey wheel and coupling mechanism show surface corrosion. The compliance plate is heavily corroded and difficult to read.

The tyres on the tandem axles appear to have moderate tread remaining. The spare wheel mounted on the drawbar is on a steel rim with moderate tread visible. The steel rims show surface corrosion.
