* Plastic wrap over portions of the pallet is torn and partially missing
* A sample tile is displayed on top of the pallet showing a matte sandstone-effect finish with no visible chips or cracks on the face
* Condition of tiles inside individual boxes is not confirmed - breakage may be present given the state of the outer packaging
