Mixed condition lot suitable for office fit-outs, rental properties, or small business use. All units are structurally sound and functional. Red chairs show typical wear consistent with office use—minor fabric pilling and surface marks visible in photos. Blue chairs appear in better condition with minimal cosmetic wear. All castor wheels roll smoothly. Height adjustment mechanisms tested and operational on all units. Armrests present on all chairs. No tears or significant staining observed.

These are standard commercial-grade task chairs suitable for call centres, open-plan offices, or hot-desking environments. Ideal for buyers seeking functional seating at volume pricing.
