Condition Notes


Used commercial kitchen equipment sourced from a professional food service operation. The unit shows typical wear consistent with commercial use. Exterior stainless steel has minor surface marks and patina from regular use. Interior cooking vessel displays heat discolouration and residual oil residue, typical of commercial fryer operation. All control mechanisms present and intact. Thermostat dial functional. Both frying baskets included and operational. Gas connection assembly present with brass fittings intact. Safety valve and pilot light system intact. Unit has not been tested during inspection but shows no obvious mechanical damage or leaks. Brass gas pipe assembly shows oxidation consistent with age and use.
