The unit shows typical wear consistent with heavy commercial use, including surface oxidation and patina on the griddle plate and upper hood area. The cooking surface displays accumulated residue and discolouration from extended use but remains structurally sound. Minor surface rust and weathering visible on external panels. All control knobs present and functional in appearance. Stainless steel legs and underbench shelf intact with minor surface marks. The unit has not been tested during inspection - buyer to arrange gas connection and functional testing prior to installation.
