<b>Description</b><br>
A shamanic and totemic piece in which ISHISHI moves from pure architecture to a vertically stacked figurative composition. A central green face-like form bears multiple eyes arranged vertically - a totem pole structure. Fish scale patterns fill the upper portion, fan and shell-like radiating forms extend outward, swirling cloud and wave motifs occupy the left side, and the lower section features a green serpentine creature with its own eyes. Geometric and cubist architectural blocks fill the centre and right.<br><br>
The palette combines muted greens (dominant), blues, pinks/reds and earth tones. The eye motif, so persistent in the ISHISHI ballpoint works, here becomes the explicit subject matter rather than a hidden element within architecture. No date notation visible on verso. In good condition with fresh pencil. Signed "ISHISHI" at lower right.<br><br>
