Perdiem: Established South Australian producer known for approachable, fruit-forward rosé wines with inviting aromatics of crushed raspberries and fresh watermelon. The 2025 vintage displays a crisp, dry palate with notes of red grape and crunchy pink lady apple, finishing with a clean mineral edge.




Tyrrell's: Iconic Hunter Valley winery with over a century of winemaking heritage. The HVD Vineyard Semillon represents single-vineyard expression from their premium block, planted in 1908. The 2019 vintage showcases the region's signature dry, elegant style with intense yet delicate flavours and seamless structure.




Keith Tulloch: Boutique Hunter Valley producer renowned for small-batch, meticulously crafted wines. The 2022 Shiraz-Viognier is sourced exclusively from Hunter Valley vineyards with 5% Viognier co-fermented, adding subtle floral perfume and velvety soft texture to the black-fruit Shiraz character. The 2023 Field of Mars Block 2 Semillon represents estate-grown expression from their established vineyard, with only 165 dozen produced, bottled in 2024.
