The blue foam roller features a textured grid pattern design with segmented construction, showing signs of age and use with surface discoloration. The circular trainer appears to be a balance or core strengthening device with a cream-coloured interior surface and ribbed exterior construction. Also included is a vintage electric heating pad or therapeutic device with a dark metal casing, white control panel, and black power cord with three-pin plug, suggesting mid-20th century manufacture. The heating element shows oxidation consistent with age. All items display patina and wear consistent with vintage fitness equipment.
