Bead Reckoning Rum - Pure Single Rum, Single Barrel Release by Mutiny Spirits (South Pacific). This premium bottling features 11 years of tropical aging in ex-bourbon barrel, followed by 6 months maturation in Australian dry ex-cream opera and cherry barrel. Bottled at 52.0% ABV, this is bottle 111 of 400 from the July 2021 release. The rum displays a deep amber to mahogany colour with excellent clarity. Tasting notes include apple, cinnamon, spice, molasses, syrup, pear, nutmeg, and bread. Imported by La Humbla Imports (Auburn NSW 2144). Includes Drinkwise.org.au endorsement. The bottle features a black capsule with gold foil band and original label in excellent condition. A sophisticated, limited-edition single barrel expression showcasing complex tropical fruit and spice characteristics.
