Iridium Australian Rum from North Queensland, aged 5 years. This premium spirit is crafted with sugar cane and bottled at 40% alcohol by volume (700ml). The bottle features the distinctive Iridium branding with decorative copper leaf motifs on dark glass. This is a single barrel release, specifically Barrel No. 57, Bottle No. 069, personally signed by Head Distiller Mark Watkins. The rum displays a rich amber-to-burgundy colour indicative of oak maturation. Presented with original metal-wrapped cork closure and authentication label. A collectible expression from an emerging Australian craft distillery.
