Limeburners Western Australian Single Malt Whisky, Port Cask expression, 700ml bottle at 43% ABV. Produced by Great Southern Distilling Company, located on the edge of Princess Royal Harbour in Albany, WA. This award-winning single malt is crafted from premium locally-grown barley and pristine Valley of the Giants peat water, distilled in small-batch copper pot stills and matured in specially selected oak casks before finishing in aged Port barrels. The whisky exhibits complex flavours with notes of Port wine, vanilla, honey, raisins and rich fruits, delivering medium warmth with intense depth.
