It features over 200 voice-guided meditation session combinations.
You can choose from 8 themes, including body scan, breathing, movement, visualisation, cardiac coherence, napping, relaxing music and nature sounds.
Each theme contains 8 sessions with 2 durations (8 or 20 minutes) and 2 voices (Piers or Gina) to choose from.
All sessions are available in English, French, Spanish and Italian.
It has a 3 hour battery capacity and can be charged via the included charger.
