Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding where possible. All equipment is sold as-is, where-is, with bidders responsible for satisfying themselves as to the condition, suitability, dimensions and completeness of each item.

Conditions of Sale:

Payment is due 48 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Payment options include:
Secure Credit Card Online (0.75% Surcharge) (No Amex, Diners), any first-time credit card payments over $1,500 require identity verification.

Buyers premium ranges from 16.5%-22%. Please refer to the individual lot.

Invoices are available to be generated or downloaded at checkout.

Bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.

STRICT COLLECTIONS APPLY:
Collection of smaller items are from 17th September - 18th September 2026 from 9am- 4:30pm.

Collection of Larger items are strictly by appointment only on - 19th of September 2026

Note: Bidders may attend the site between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM to dismantle purchased items; however, all collections of large items must occur after business hours due to site access restrictions.

GENERAL AUCTION TERMS:
This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is", Inspection is recommended prior to bidding.

Photos, descriptions and condition reports (if any) should be used as a guide only.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.

In accordance with our vendor payment processes, Lloyds must be made aware of any issue with a purchase within 5 days of receipt. Claims are not able to be reviewed after this time as vendor payments have been processed.
