Lloyds Auctions proudly presents 'Cooma Cooma' 34.38m Self Propelled Landing Barge (LCT).

The “Cooma Cooma” is a 1974-built, 34.38 m steel self-propelled landing barge constructed in Queensland, featuring an elevated refrigeration loading area, 110 t of deck cargo capacity and dedicated bulk cargo fuel (80,000 L) and cargo fresh water (10,000 L) systems. The Vessel is presently ashore at East Arm, part-way through a major refurbishment which has not been completed. Significant hull plating has been removed, and fabrication and welding works will be required on site before the Vessel is capable of flotation and removal from its present location. The main engines have been removed from the Vessel and are currently disassembled at Redline Mechanical — refurbishment parts have been acquired, however the works remain incomplete. The Vessel is not currently in survey. Once relaunched and returned to survey, the Vessel is suited to remote community and island resupply, beach-landing operations and general project cargo across Northern Australia.

While every endeavour has been made to provide correct vessel details, all descriptions and photographs of the Vessel are deemed to be a guide only. The Vessel is used and is offered strictly in “As is, Where is” condition.
