Condition reports are indicative only, based on factors such as age, provenance, and market route.
Valuation certificates reflect estimated replacement cost by a reputable manufacturer, not resale or retail value. Some may be suitable for insurance, subject to valuer/insurer terms.

All EOI will be assessed as they are received. The vendor reserves the right to accept an offer, shortlist parties or close the campaign without prior notice.
10% deposit is required within five (5) business days of notification of successful Expression of Interest. The balance of purchase price is due within fifteen (15) business days of acceptance unless otherwise agreed to in the contract of sale.
