1. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that:
a. Goods purchased are suitable for the purpose for which the ultimate user intends to use them
b. The method by which the ultimate user proposes to install the tiles is satisfactory for the purpose intended
c. Quantities ordered are as required.
2. No claims whatsoever will be accepted regarding batch variations, crazing or any other inherent characteristics of kiln-fired products.
3. It is recommended the purchaser seal Natural Stone tiles.
4. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check all goods on receipt. No claims will be accepted for shortages or tile imperfections.
5. No claims whatsoever will be accepted with regard to tile imperfections, shade variation, marks or staining once the tiles have been laid.
6. Orders of different batches inherently contain shade variation. No responsibility is held for such variation.
7. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to take due care with floor/wall tiles having consideration of their fragile nature and therefore no claims will be recognised for chipping or cracking or scratches of floor/wall tiles during or after the tiles have been laid.

SHIPPING:
Shipping process will commence approximately 72 business hours after cleared funds payment is received. Items will be automatically posted to the address on your account. Please ensure your details are correct.

Expected delivery from the time your item leaves the vendors warehouse is 10-14 business days. Express delivery is unavailable.

This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is", Inspection is recommended prior to bidding.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.
