Payment is due within 72 hours of the auction ending.

- Bank Transfer – confirmation sent once received
- Secure Online Credit Card (0.75% surcharge; no Amex/Diners) – ID verification required for first-time payments over $1,500

Invoices can be generated/downloaded at checkout.

A deposit equal to the buyer's premium may be required upon the fall of the hammer.

Collection:
Must be completed within 7 days of cleared funds.
Available Monday–Friday and some Saturdays (check branch hours), between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Photo ID is required at collection.
If collected by a third party, written authorisation from the account holder must be emailed to [email protected].

All goods sold “as is, where is.” Live video inspections available on request.
Condition reports are indicative only, based on factors such as age, provenance, and market route.

Valuation certificates reflect estimated replacement cost by a reputable manufacturer, not resale or retail value. Some may be suitable for insurance, subject to valuer/insurer terms.

Some items may have reserves. A reserve is only met when confirmed via email. If not met, the highest bid is referred to the vendor, and the highest bidder has first right of refusal. If declined, the item becomes open for negotiation.

All purchase issues must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Claims outside this window cannot be reviewed as vendor payments will have been processed.
Payment is due 24 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Payment options include:

Bank Transfer, successful bidders will receive confirmation of receipted funds.

Secure Credit Card Online (0.75% Surcharge) (No Amex, Diners), any first-time credit card payments over $1,500 require identity verification.
