The Receivers and Managers of XLEA Investments Pty Ltd, Richard Albarran and Marcus Watters are seeking expressions for assets associated with Casablanca Gold Coast Nightclub.

Casablanca Gold Coast is a premier nightclub in Surfers Paradise, offering a vibrant nightlife experience with live DJs, themed events, VIP services, and a gourmet dining menu. The venue is well established, has attracted both locals and tourists, and combines upscale dining with high-energy entertainment.

The assets on offer include catering equipment, dance floor equipment and some stock associated with the business. The Receivers and Managers are currently not trading the business, however, there is also the possibility for a new operator to enter into a lease agreement for the premises. Any new operator will need to negotiate a new lease for the premises with landlord separately and obtain the appropriate liquor licenses required to operate.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operator to take over a nightclub in a prime nightlife precinct on the Gold Coast with significant growth potential.
