All goods sold “as is, where is.” Live video inspections available on request.
Condition reports are indicative only, based on factors such as age, provenance, and market route.
Valuation certificates reflect estimated replacement cost by a reputable manufacturer, not resale or retail value. Some may be suitable for insurance, subject to valuer/insurer terms.
Some items may have reserves. A reserve is only met when confirmed via email. If not met, the highest bid is referred to the vendor, and the highest bidder has first right of refusal. If declined, the item becomes open for negotiation.
All purchase issues must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Claims outside this window cannot be reviewed as vendor payments will have been processed.
