To organise a collection appointment, successful purchasers will be sent relevant contact details along with their corresponding release document within 24 hours of their order being paid in full, so they may book in a suitable date and time for themselves or for their preferred freight service.

- Freight and unloading is the responsibility of the successful purchaser.
- Quotes available online by searching local Spa Delivery Services.
- Dimensions and weights provided within the descriptions of each lot to assist with quotes.
- Appropriate lifting and loading equipment is available at the collection point, however, customers must arrange their own unloading equipment at their receiving location.
- Failure to collect assets within the specified timeframe may result in storage fees charged at $100 per day, or the forfeiture of your purchase.
A copy of the purchaser's invoice and a copy of the release document is required upon collection.
