LOT 100 CONDITIONS: All post-auction logistics including transfers will be handled with the registered firearms dealer: Ronald Bryant, licensed dealer (license number 09994001). All firearms are securely stored with the dealer and will be transferred to the new owner through this licensed dealer in accordance with regulations.

3. It is the responsibility of all purchasers to obtain the necessary permits to procure before any restricted or registered goods can be uplifted. If you are bidding on parts or components for restricted or registered goods, please ensure you have the appropriate firearms licence endorsements and permits.

Conditions of Sale:
Payment is due 72 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Collections are strictly by appointment only and must take place within 72 hours upon receipt of payment between 8:30am - 4:30pm.

On high value items, bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.

Photo I.D is required upon collection by the account holder. In the event that the collection will be conducted by a 3rd party, written authorisation and/or verification by the account holder is required to be sent to [email protected]

GENERAL AUCTION TERMS:
This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is, where is". Live video inspections are available upon request.

Condition reports are guides as to our opinion of condition only, it is based on a number of factors that include (but are not limited to) the items age, provenance and avenue to market.

Where a Valuation is Provided: Valuation certificates are provided to indicate an estimated replacement cost of the item valued. It is the estimated cost of having an identical piece of jewellery replaced in the current market by a reputable jewellery manufacturer. This value is used for insurance purposes only and does not have any bearing on the retail price or the resale value.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.

In accordance with our vendor payment processes, Lloyds must be made aware of any issue with a purchase within 5 days of receipt. Claims are not able to be reviewed after this time as vendor payments have been processed.
