City of Gold Coast Abandoned Vehicles (ON4068)

Description:

Gold Coast City Council will offer the following abandoned vehicles for sale by public auction on Monday 9th December. If you wish to claim ownership of a vehicle please contact Council immediately (proof of ownership and fees apply).

Auction Conditions:
- Online Viewing Only.
- Vehicles sold in current condition and unregistered.
- Full payment in via credit card online
- Collections must occur on Thursday 12th and Friday 13th December between 7am to 3:30pm, once full cleared funds have been received.
- Vehicles to be collected by 3pm the Friday 13th of December.
- Successful buyers will be required to read and sign a Hazard Risk Report upon invoicing of their goods.
- Children (under 16 years), animals and alcohol are not permitted in depot grounds for collections. Enclosed footwear is compulsory.
- Council reserves the right to withdraw any vehicle from the auction at any time

This auction is in accordance with powers vested under the Transport Operations Road Use Management act 1995.

Conditions of Sale:

Payment is due 24 hours after the fall of the hammer.

Payment options include:
Secure Credit Card Online (0.75% Surcharge) (No Amex, Diners), any first-time credit card payments over $1,500 require identity verification.

Invoices are available to be generated or downloaded at checkout.

Bidders may be required to pay a deposit equivalent to the buyer’s premium upon the fall of the hammer.
