Issued by the Royal Australian Mint in 2023 to celebrate the centenary of Vegemite, Australia's iconic yeast extract spread, which has been part of Australian life since 1923. The reverse features a detailed depiction of the classic Vegemite jar at the centre, flanked by the dates "1923" and "2023", with "VEGEMITE CENTENARY" above and "100 MITEY YEARS" below. A signature Vegemite yellow colour is applied to the central field, directly referencing the brand's iconic yellow label. The obverse features the Jody Clark portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with "1952-2022" memorial notation and "AUSTRALIA 2023". Coin is in uncirculated condition with full colour application and lustre intact. No original packaging present.
