Ore Mines International Pty Limited (Receivers and Managers Appointed) is seeking indicative offers for the acquisition of its Tennant Creek Mineral Field Project Tenements, located in the Northern Territory, Australia.

The Receivers and Managers are seeking initial non-binding indicative offers in writing indicating clearly the terms proposed by 5:00 pm (AWST), 24 June 2022.
All offers will be reviewed and the Receivers and Managers will notify parties successfully progressing to Stage Two (2).
Hall Chadwick, the Receivers and Managers, their partners and staff reserve the rights to determine which, if any, prospective purchasers they may elect to deal with and are under no obligation to divulge their reasons for electing not to deal with any particular prospective purchaser or for the selection of the successful purchaser, if any.
The Receivers and Managers reserve the right not to accept a particular offer or any offers.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.
