REMOVAL - Purchaser has full responsibility to remove, transport & lift at their own expense, all services are already disconnected. Purchaser to ensure that all contractors involved in the removal including equipment operators, labourers and associated personnel are compliant with OH&S regulations. Cabin site to be left in a neat and tidy condition with all debris associated with removal taken away (eg. building materials, pipes etc)
