REMOVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All buyers are required to make a booking with 48 hours notice prior to going on-site for any inspection collection arrangements and the site will then provide approval. No access otherwise can be granted.
Purchaser has full responsibility to remove, transport & lift at their own expense, all services to be disconnected at purchasers expense by qualified tradesperson, Purchaser to ensure that all contractors involved in the removal including equipment operators, labourers and associated personnel are compliant with OH&S regulations. Cabin site to be left in a neat and tidy condition with all debris associated with removal taken away. (eg. building materials, pipes etc), Note concrete paths, pads and piers are not the responsibility of the buyer to remove.

(Please note: Photo I.D is required upon collection by the account holder and when appointing a transport company to collect on your behalf, written authorisation and/or verification by the account holder is a requirement. Goods will not be released where this condition is not applied)
