*Bank Transfer (Funds transferred into our trust account must be cleared prior to collection of goods. A remittance cannot be accepted as payment, allow general bank processing time)
Please note no collections can occur until full cleared funds have be receipted into Lloyds Trust Account (This includes Bank Cheques & EFT transfers taking up to 72 hours for processing)

REMOVAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
All buyers are required to make a booking with 48 hours notice prior to going on-site for any inspection collection arrangements and the site will then provide approval. No access otherwise can be granted.
Purchaser has full responsibility to remove, transport & lift at their own expense, all services to be disconnected at purchasers expense by qualified tradesperson, Purchaser to ensure that all contractors involved in the removal including equipment operators, labourers and associated personnel are compliant with OH&S regulations. Cabin site to be left in a neat and tidy condition with all debris associated with removal taken away. (eg. building materials, pipes etc), Note concrete paths, pads and piers are not the responsibility of the buyer to remove.

The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers
