This is an Auction Sale. All goods sold "As is", Inspection is recommended prior to bidding.
Condition reports are guides as to our opinion of condition only, it is based on a number of factors that include (but are not limited to) the items age, provenance and avenue to market.
Where a Valuation is Provided: Valuation certificates are provided to indicate an estimated replacement cost of the item valued. It is the estimated cost of having an identical piece of jewellery replaced in the current market by a reputable jewellery manufacturer. This value is used for insurance purposes only and does not have any bearing on the retail price or the resale value.
The Auctioneer states that all or any items may have reserve prices. The reserve price is not met unless an email is sent confirming a successful purchase. If the bidding has not reached reserve the Auctioneer will refer the highest bid to the Vendor, the highest bidder shall have first right of refusal in any referred bids. Once the bidder has refused any counter offers or negotiations then the Auctioneer shall declare the goods open for negotiations with other potential purchasers.
